Delivery Terms

Our company makes every effort to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time and with complete security.



Basic Information

  • Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a business day are shipped the next business day, provided the products are in stock and payment has been completed.
  • For most products, shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the postal code and the total weight of the order. In cases where weight information is not available, the shipping department will contact you to provide an accurate shipping cost estimate.
  • For products of significant length or volume, shipping costs are determined after consulting with the customer..

Examples of such product categories include:

  • Two-meter shafts
  • Two-meter or three-meter screws
  • Two-meter, three-meter, or four-meter linear guides
  • Large-volume belts

Delivery Methods

In-Store Pickup

  • Free pickup from our physical store.
  • Pickup hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • The customer is notified via email or SMS when the order is ready.
  • Pickup must be completed within 5 business days of notification.

Courier Delivery

  • Shipments are made via a courier company.
  • Coverage extends to the entire Greek territory for packages up to 20 kg.
  • Delivery is made to the customer’s location between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
  • The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days, depending on the destination.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take 2–4 business days.
  • The courier company’s delivery hours to your location are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
  • A tracking number is provided to track the package’s progress.

Shipping via Agent

  • Shipment is arranged in consultation with the customer.
  • Pickup takes place at the nearest branch of the shipping company.
  • This is the recommended option for heavy or bulky items.
  • Delivery times are determined by the respective carrier (typically 2–3 business days).
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

General Information

  • No deliveries are made on public holidays, weekends, or during periods when the warehouse is closed (e.g., inventory).
  • Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date the order is placed.
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or external factors (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you immediately and carefully inspect the external condition of the packaging and the product.

If you notice any visible damage or tampering with the packaging, please do not accept the delivery and contact the company immediately.

If any problem is discovered after delivery, it must be reported immediately to the carrier and notified to the company so that the relevant inspection procedure can be initiated.

In such cases, the damage assessment is carried out by the partner shipping company.
