Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Law 2251/1994)
In accordance with Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, a customer who purchases products exclusively through our online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial transactions (B2B) or to products that have been manufactured, customized, or processed specifically for the customer.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
The original packaging is an integral part of the product.
The proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.
Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
Depreciation Due to Misuse
In cases where the product has lost its value due to misuse that goes beyond a simple examination of its functionality and features, the customer is obligated to compensate for the resulting depreciation.
The customer must handle and inspect each product as they would be permitted to do in a physical store. The reduction in value may result from cleaning or repair costs, as well as from the company’s objective loss of income in the event that the product is sold as used or refurbished, provided that it can no longer be sold as new.
By accepting these terms, the customer declares that they consent to the offsetting of the relevant compensation; that is, the corresponding monetary compensation for the reduction in value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to them.
In any such case of set-off, the customer will be notified in writing before the credit and refund process is completed.
Specifically for accessories or replacement parts, as well as for products that require specialized expertise for their selection or installation and cannot function independently, opening the packaging automatically implies that the product has lost at least 50% of its commercial value. In the event of a return, the amount credited to the customer will be 50% or less of the original invoice price.
Return Exceptions
Products cannot be returned if:
- They have been manufactured or customized specifically for the customer.
- They have been used or show visible signs of use.
- A backorder has been agreed upon and the materials were purchased exclusively for that specific sale.
- Are not accompanied by the original packaging or the necessary documentation.
Company Liability
In the event of an incorrect shipment or a defective product, the company assumes full responsibility and covers all return and replacement costs.
Return and Refund Costs
In any other case beyond the company’s liability:
- Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
- Refund costs (bank fees, payment processing fees, etc.) are also borne by the customer
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

- No returns will be accepted without prior contact.
