For transaction security reasons, when paying by card, you may be asked to confirm your details upon delivery.
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of the selling company.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
When selecting payment by card, the amount is initially reserved, and the final charge is processed upon issuance of the sales receipt.
In the event of order cancellation prior to invoicing, the company immediately notifies the partner bank to release the hold.
The release of funds or reversal of the transaction is carried out in accordance with the terms applied by the customer’s respective bank.
Relevant Legislation
According to Law No. 4446/2016, Article 69 §2, which amended Article 20 §3 of Law No. 3842/2010:
Tax-related transactions with a total value of five hundred (500) euros or more must be paid exclusively by card or other electronic means of payment.
Payment of these transactions in cash is not permitted.
